We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This role involves both cooking and food preparation, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly while adhering to food safety standards.Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Indian menu items according to recipes and standards Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hoursMonitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines Experience
Previous experience in an Indian restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staffA passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences through your culinary skills!
