What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner. Needs Discovery: Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer goals and financial needs. Product Education: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and rewards. Value Communication: Demonstrate how products provide real value and fit customer lifestyles.Customer Experience: Deliver a positive, respectful, and informative experience every interaction. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Training&Development: Participate in ongoing training and stay informed on product updates. Reporting: Accurately track customer interactions and sales activity. What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education is an asset). Sales or customer‑facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, or direct sales). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Goal‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and well‑presented. Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required for events). What We Offer
