Food&Beverage Host Full-Time Role, Toronto

Elevate guest experiences as a Full-Time Food&Beverage Host in a vibrant dining environment. Deliver exceptional service, manage P.O.S transactions, and uphold cleanliness standards.

You will report to the Food&Beverage Supervisor, ensuring a positive guest experience through effective seating, cash handling, and service. The role requires a proactive attitude, strong teamwork, and knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining clean service areas while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests • Process cash and credit transactions on P.O.S. system • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and buffets • Identify and maximize upselling opportunities • Address any irregular activities or hazards promptly

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent experience • Valid Smart Serve Certificate mandatory • Previous cash handling experience required • Solid customer service and teamwork skills • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation
