As an Outside Sales Representative at a leading protective packaging company, drive new business across the Greater Toronto Area with a focus on dynamic industries. Sell custom-engineered solutions to top-level executives while developing key client relationships.
This role emphasizes new business development, with an expected pipeline comprised of 75% warm leads and 25% self-generated prospects. Reporting to the Owner, you will initially focus entirely on generating new accounts, advancing to a mix of account management in Year 2. Your expertise will help expand our reach in corrugated, foam, and honeycomb packaging offerings.
Key Responsibilities:• Drive new client acquisition across the Greater Toronto Area • Conduct on-site visits and product presentations • Prepare quotes and coordinate with design and production teams • Update CRM with client interactions and sales data • Participate in KPI reviews with ownership
Requirements:• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience • Experience in the packaging industry preferred • Strong new business development background • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Valid Ontario driver’s license and personal vehicle
