Medcan is looking for a certified Sports Medicine Physician dedicated to working within a supportive care team. You will assist athletes and patients with musculoskeletal concerns, customizing treatment plans alongside other specialists. This role requires a commitment of two half days or one full day, with options to expand as patient volume increases.

Key Responsibilities:• Communicate openly and provide cross-discipline care • Create individualized patient care plans collaboratively • Treat recreational, weekend warriors, and competitive athletes • Administer ultrasound-guided interventional therapies as indicated • Innovate care practices using evidence-based methods

Requirements:• Degree in Medicine (MD) with CCFP Designation • Registered and licensed with the College of Physicians of Ontario • Sports Medicine Diploma through CASEM preferred • Outstanding communication skills and bedside manner • Experience in ultrasound-guided injection therapies
