Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily kitchen and service operations Actively participate in cooking and food preparation during service Plan and manage prep schedules to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee inventory handling, stock levels, and ordering supplies Receive deliveries, check quality/accuracy, and ensure proper storageMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times Lead, train, and support team members (line cooks, kitchen associates) Ensure efficient workflow during busy hours and step in wherever needed Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation Handle customer concerns professionally when requiredRequirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant/kitchen Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, prep planning, and inventory management Hands‑on cooking experience Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environmentPassion for food and maintaining quality standards Flexible availability (evenings and weekends) Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
