As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly organized Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role provides accounting support across multiple entities within the organization. This is a newly created position and an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in accounting who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to take initiative and grow professionally.Key Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment preparation Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and employee expenses Complete monthly sales tax reconciliations and filings Monitor cash positions and support cash flow management activitiesAssist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Support general accounting functions across AP, AR, general ledger, and tax compliance Contribute to process improvements and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Qualifications&Skills

Diploma in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of relevant experience Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgencyExcellent verbal and written communication skills Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and technologies Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams Experience with SAP Business One, Zoho, or Float AP is an asset Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office suiteWhy Join ITC?
