Position Summary

The Global Health&Wellness (H&W;) Strategy team is part of the Global Growth Office, responsible for building global business strategies to advance our health&wellness agenda. Reporting to the Director of Global H&W; Strategy, the Lead, Global H&W; Strategy will be responsible for recommending ingredient&nutrition strategies to all markets, developing brand level H&W; strategy, building strong relationships with key cross functional partners to embed H&W; priorities within innovation pipelines&business plans. This individual will be an integral part of driving a wellness transformation within the business, focused on meeting evolving consumer needs across the globe. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and curate emerging and established health&wellness trends and translate into portfolio implications and prioritized recommendations to the brands. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess changes to ingredients&nutrition profiles of our products, evaluating consumer impact, feasibility and P&L; impact to translate H&W; strategy into a pipeline. Prepare and present executive-ready strategic plans to functional and global leaders and facilitate alignment and secure approvals at governance forums. Design and synthesize qual/quant research, social listening, and in-market learning plans to shape business recommendations.Own the global H&W; data strategy for internal systems and syndicated sources (e.g. SPINS) Develop visually compelling frameworks that simplify complex analyses into clear recommendations. New Hire Base Salary Range: $141,500.00 - $176,900.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.Benefits
