Lead Principal Solution Architect - SimCorp One Value Stream, Toronto

Overview

The Value Stream Solution Architect is a senior, client‑facing market specialist with deep expertise in SimCorp’s target industries and a commitment to driving adoption of SimCorp One (SC One) Standards across the full Front‑to‑Back investment lifecycle. Core Responsibilities

Define and maintain the integrity of SimCorp One Standards, ensuring consistency across governing assets and leading executive‑level positioning of standard versus exception. Own end‑to‑end solution for clients, collaborating with commercial teams to scope, fit‑to‑standard workshops, and articulate trade‑offs.Design services‑enabled solutions that embed service‑management processes, tooling, compliance, security, and operational readiness. Translate client requirements into standardized processes, partnering with other architects and delivery teams to embed standards into delivery plans. Provide senior leadershipacross Product/Delivery and Value Streams, bridging standards governance and execution.Protect solution integrity during delivery by coordinating across value‑stream and consulting teams and managing governance forums. Embed operational processes, support model, SaaS constraints, security, and controls into the solution for sustainable run‑time. Capture and report recurring gaps and integration pain points to guide standard improvement.Technical Responsibilities

Design end‑to‑end solutions that account for operational processes, SaaS constraints, and security. Oversee release and quality enablement through the release pipeline, ensuring architecture decisions align with the delivery process. Lead delivery architecture oversight, coordinating cross‑team work in Azure DevOps and maintaining architectural epics/features.Translate implementation learnings into standard evolution, feeding insights back to governance and product management. Qualifications

10+ years in solution architecture / enterprise architecture / senior implementation architecture with cross‑domain front‑to‑back designs. Prior client‑facing experience in business consulting and/or SME roles with executive stakeholder alignment in complex asset management environments. Functional knowledge of SimCorp Dimension.Working knowledge of SaaS delivery constraints and operating models, and comfort using Azure DevOps to manage architectural scope. Willingness to travel as required and ability to work in the office 2‑3 days a week per hybrid policy. Benefits

The salary range for this position is $244,800 - $367,200USD, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and additional benefits. Total compensation may vary based on role, location, department, and individual performance. EEO Statement
