Seasonal role: May4,2026– August1,2026. Hourly rate: $30.00CAD. Position open until May29,2026. Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of assigned events from pre‑planning through completion. Review event details, floor plans, schedules, and operational requirements. Coordinate with catering, concessions, retail, and operations teams to ensure readiness. Ensure all event logistics align with timelines and operational plans.Event Execution

Act as on‑site operational lead during move‑in, event days, and move‑out. Monitor event operations to ensure service standards and operational efficiency. Coordinate staffing coverage and ensure teams are properly deployed. Ensure all event spaces are fully operational and presentation standards aremet.Address and resolve operational issues, client requests, and guest concerns promptly. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in event management, venue operations, hospitality, or related field. Experience supporting large‑scale events, trade shows, or conferences preferred. Strong leadership and decision‑making skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings.
