Take your finance expertise to the next level as a Senior Analyst in Finance and Accounting. Manage a complex portfolio while providing operational support and financial analysis.
In this role, you will oversee general ledger accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash management for a higher-volume portfolio. Collaborate closely with Property Administrators and General Managers while serving as a vital point of contact for third-party accounting teams. Your analytical skills will be essential in responding to ad-hoc analysis requests and safeguarding the financial integrity of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:• Prepare month-end close journal entries and bank reconciliations • Conduct month-end key indicator and variance analysis • Prepare quarterly financial packages and coordinate external audits • Analyze cash flows and manage contributions for the property • Participate in continuous improvement projects and process automation
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Commerce or Accounting • 3–5 years of real estate accounting experience • Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) preferred • Proficient in GSS, HFM, JDE, and advanced Excel • Excellent communication and time-management skills
