This full-time role directly assists the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and fostering a safe environment for customers and staff. Essential skills include cash handling, customer service, and inventory management, as well as providing team leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. You will play a key role in planning store layouts, sales promotions, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee safety protocols for customers and staff • Assist with store layout planning and presentation • Manage inventory by sorting and pricing donations • Handle customer concerns with professionalism • Conduct staff training and orientation

Requirements:• Two years of retail experience, preferably with secondhand goods • Strong cash handling knowledge and basic accounting • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Willingness to support The Salvation Army’s mission
