This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing all café and retail operations across a seven‑day per week schedule. You will lead the team, manage systems, and ensure that both spaces run seamlessly, from inventory and staffing to customer experience and presentation. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all café and retail store operations including scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, product curation, and daily customer experience Implement and maintain operational systems including opening and closing checklists, inventory controls, and system updates Ensure smooth day to day flow acrossboth spacesWork actively on the floor as a Retail Experience Guide Lead by example in customer interactions and service standards Maintain a constant presence to support staff and uphold the experience Manage and schedule retail and café staff Support hiring, onboarding, and training of all café and retail team membersCreate a strong, accountable, and positive team culture Manage relationships with retail product suppliers and café vendors Ensure merchandising standards are consistently upheld Maintain a retail floor that reflects The Practice’s aesthetic, philosophy, and attention to detail Track retail and café sales performanceReport regularly to the Chief of Staff&Operations Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and customer experience Oversee licenses, approvals, and all retail related audits and compliance requirements Ensure all operations meet regulatory and internal standards Support team in handling customer needs, feedback, and challengesLeadership Expectations
