New Position, Ongoing Hiring Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced, certified Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join their Underwriting technology team. In this role, you will support and enhance PolicyCenter integrations, underwriting rules, and fraud-related workflows, helping them modernize and streamline core insurance operations.Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations with internal and external systems. Implement and optimize Underwriting (UW) rules, workflows, and business logic. Support integrations related to fraud detection, risk assessment, TransUnion, and other third‑party data services. Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Architecture, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality features and enhancements.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across PolicyCenter modules and integration points. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications

Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter focused preferred). Hands‑on Guidewire PolicyCenter development and integration experience. Strong understanding of Underwriting processes, rules, and workflows. Experience with fraud risk assessment tools, TransUnion, and third‑party data services. Proficiency with GOSU, SOAP/REST integrations, XML, and related technologies.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment—on‑site in Guelph (preferred) with flexibility to work out of Mississauga, Toronto, or Burlington offices. Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience as a Guidewire Developer. Insurance underwriting experience. Gosu. SOAP. Benefits (if applicable)
