Description
We are seeking an experienced, independently practicing Psychologist to join our growing team in a long-term clinical and supervisory role within a structured, evidence-based clinic. This position is well‑suited for psychologists who value thoughtful, high‑quality clinical work, consistency in care and contributing to the development of both people and programs over time. The role integrates direct clinical service, supervision of associates and participation in structured program delivery, within a collaborative and collegial environment.Caseloads are steady and clinic‑supported, allowing clinicians to focus on high‑quality care, mentorship, and sound clinical decision‑making. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working within third‑party systems requiring clear documentation, defensible treatment planning, and professional collaboration.This is not a short‑term or transitional role. Successful candidates will function as core members of the clinical team, with leadership and program evaluation opportunities to contribute more broadly as the clinic continues to grow. Third‑party‑funded psychological treatment and assessment (including WSIB) Delivery and oversight of clinic‑specific programs (e.g., First Responders) with team service delivery Presentations may include trauma, anxiety, depression, disability, pain, mild TBIs and work‑related stress Structured, evidence‑based, time‑limited treatment modelsClinical supervision of associate clinicians and participation on leadership team Participation in case discussions, training and program‑based care delivery Contributing to consistency, quality, and clarity in clinical work across the team Position

Psychologist (Supervision&Program Lead Track) Location

Toronto, Brampton and/or Vaughan Qualifications

Fully registered for autonomous practice with the College of Psychologists of Ontario Experience or interest in clinical supervision, mentorship or team‑based care, along with comfort working within structured, evidence‑based frameworks (e.g., CBT, trauma‑informed approaches) The ability to manage clinical responsibility with clarity, professionalism and sound judgment is essentialExperience and training in evidence‑based approaches including trauma‑informed CBT, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, Cognitive Processing, CBT for Pain and Disability, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and/or Competency‑Based Supervision (e.g., Falender approach) would be an asset What This Role Is Good For
