As a Senior Manager for the ProServe Cloud Architects in NAMER, you will oversee PCA Managers and PCAs, driving technical excellence aligned with ProServe's 3-Year Plan. Your role will include developing talent, managing performance, and driving regional business performance through strategic collaborations with various leaders. You'll also foster a culture of customer obsession and ensure high standards in team development.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead the NAMER PCA organization and manage PCA teams • Define and execute regional pre-sales strategies • Optimize organizational design and resource planning • Serve as an executive sponsor for key customers • Drive hiring and talent development initiatives

Requirements:• 10+ years in IT or Management Consulting • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Proven people management and leadership skills • Experience engaging with C-level executives • Strong problem-solving in multi-year initiatives
