Team Coordinator for TSO Executive Support, Toronto

Become the backbone of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra’s Development team as their Team Coordinator. This full-time role includes high-level administrative support in a dynamic, hybrid setting.

As the Team Coordinator, you'll interact closely with the Chief Development Officer and assist the leadership team in fundraising efforts. Your proficiency in calendar management, communication, and document preparation will be crucial to the team's success. You will oversee the workflow with board committees and primary volunteer engagements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently in support of TSO’s mission of musical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist the Chief Development Officer with scheduling and logistics • Manage board committee materials and meeting logistics • Coordinate with volunteers for TSO events • Support development materials design and preparation • Ensure tracking of action items and follow-ups

Requirements:• 5+ years in senior administrative roles • Experience managing executive calendars and communications • Strong skills in project coordination • Proficiency in Google Workspace and related tools • Experience in fundraising or arts environments
