Easton’s Group of Hotels is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join the Residence Inn team. This position involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring all payments are processed according to procedures. You will contribute to maximizing hotel revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction through friendly and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure • Register guests and issue room keys timely and accurately • Process payments and maintain accurate reports on transactions • Up-sell rooms to maximize hotel revenue and provide information on services • Address guest requests promptly and communicate issues to management

Requirements:• High School diploma or equivalent • One-year front desk/guest service experience preferred • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus • Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 pounds • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
