We are currently seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Representatives to elevate our residents' experience and deliver on operational excellence.What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for: Greeting all guests and residents, professionally and courteously, and assisting with requests and inquiries. Accepting and notifying residents of the delivery of parcels and mail. Monitoring CCTV cameras and reviewing footage as necessary.Performing periodic building exterior checks. Assisting with resident move‑in and incoming unit inspections/tours. Assisting residents with booking building amenity spaces. Maintaining lobby, concierge desk and mailroom to a high standard of cleanliness. Collecting maintenance requests, rental payments, and all resident notices.Logging and recording all resident communications, preparing, and distributing building notices. Assisting the General Manager with maintenance emergencies and coordinating resident events as required. Providing access to trades visiting the property, including signing out building keys. Organizing and managing the signing out of rental items including dollies, carts, and tools.Responding to noise complaints and resident concerns as needed. Who You Are
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with residents and guests. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a high level of comfort with learning new software.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a team. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a significant asset. About Shiplake Properties
