Become the Senior Manager of Demand Planning at Silk&Snow, overseeing a dynamic team and driving strategic demand across multiple channels in Canada and the US. Leverage your expertise in planning, inventory strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this senior role reporting to the COO, you'll be instrumental in shaping our demand forecasting and inventory strategy. With responsibility for managing a team of Demand Planners, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on key planning elements. Your focus will be on enhancing service levels while maximizing efficiency across retail, wholesale, and DTC channels.

Key Responsibilities:• Own the 12-to-18-month rolling demand forecast • Manage inventory targets and working capital plans • Champion New Product Introductions and transitions • Lead the end-to-end Sales&Operations Planning process• Set key performance metrics for demand planning

Requirements:• 7-10 years in demand/supply chain planning roles • Experience across retail, wholesale, and DTC channels • Strong analytical skills and financial fluency • Leadership experience in high-growth environments • Proficiency in demand planning platforms and Excel
