Recreation Theatre Attendant CFMWS, Lake Simcoe West Shore (Oro)

Elevate the guest experience at CFMWS as a Theatre Attendant. This on-site role focuses on managing the theatre environment, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer service for all patrons.

As part of the CFMWS team, you will work under the Community Recreation Supervisor to prepare and oversee operations within the theatre. Responsibilities include operating video equipment, monitoring for compliance with guest privileges, and reporting patron statistics. This position plays a vital role in creating a safe cinematic experience aligned with organizational and provincial policies.

Key Responsibilities:• Set up the theatre for guest entertainment • Manage video playback and popcorn service • Monitor guest access and privileges • Ensure compliance with behavior standards • Report patron counts to your supervisor

Requirements:• Legal age required for alcohol service in Ontario • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification • Client-focused and strong communication skills • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities • Familiarity with organizational protocols
