We are looking for\*Network Support Technician\* with experience in \*Cisco\*, \*Fortinet\*, \*Linux\*, \*Ansible\*, and \*Python\*. This role is ideal for someone with solid technical fundamentals who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting production environments, and building stronger skills in networking, security, and automation.

You will work across client environments helping support network infrastructure, firewalls, Linux systems, and operational tooling. You will also assist with technical documentation, incident response, routine changes, and escalation support.

Responsibilities

\* Support and troubleshoot client network and infrastructure issues

\* Assist with the configuration and maintenance of \*Cisco\* switches and network equipment

\* Support \*FortinetFortiGate\* firewalls, VPN connectivity, and security policies

\* Troubleshoot and maintain \*Linux\* systems and services

\* Use \*Python\* and \*Ansible\* to support automation, reporting, and operational tasks

\* Investigate issues related to LAN, WAN, internet connectivity, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and VPNs

\* Escalate complex issues appropriately while taking ownership of follow-through

\* Assist with client changes, deployments, upgrades, and remediation work

\* Create and maintain accurate technical documentation

\* Follow internal standards for security, change control, and service quality

\*Required Qualifications\*

\*toyears of relevant IT support or network support experience

\* Hands-on experience with \*Cisco\* networking

\* Experience supporting \*Fortinet\* firewalls and VPNs

\* Working knowledge of \*Linux\* administration and troubleshooting

\* Basic scripting or automation exposure using \*Python\*

\* Exposure to \*Ansible\* is preferred

\* Good understanding of:

\* TCP/IP

\* VLANs

\* Routing and switching

\* NAT

\* DNS

\* DHCP

\* VPNs

\* Firewall rules and policies

\* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

\* Ability to work effectively infast-paced, multi-client environment

Nice to Have

\* MSP experience

\* \*Fortinet or Cisco certifications\*

\* Experience with monitoring and alerting systems

\* Familiarity with technical documentation and change management

\* Exposure to security-focused or compliance-sensitive environments

\* Someone who is dependable, organized, and technically curious

\* Someone who can handle day-to-day support issues with confidence

\* Someone who knows when to escalate and how to communicate clearly

\* Someone who wants to continue developing deeper networking and infrastructure skills
