Requirements:• Strong customer service background; hotel experience preferred • Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking • Computer skills in Word and Excel; familiarity with Maestro's/Opera is desirable • Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
