As a central figure in our expanding Geotechnical Team, you will guide engineers through design analysis and project oversight. This role encompasses not only project and client management but also active participation in business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:• Direct geotechnical investigations for major projects • Execute site reviews across all project phases • Manage project quality, safety, and budget controls • Develop collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders • Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices

Requirements:• Required licensure as a Professional Engineer in Ontario • Minimum 15 years consulting experience in geotechnical projects • Strong background designing infrastructure foundation systems • Demonstrated successful project management skills • Familiarity with top geotechnical softwarepackages
