Security Guard for Hotels, Toronto

We are currently seeking Experienced Security Guards with at least 6 months of experience in hotel or hospitality security to join our team in Southern Ontario.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and assistance to hotel guests

Monitor and patrol the hotel premises, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property

Respond to incidents and emergencies, including medical, fire, and security breaches

Perform access control duties and monitor security systems

Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address any security risks

Prepare detailed and accurate reports on incidents, activities, and observations

Enforce hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a positive experience for guests

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in security, preferably in hotel or hospitality settings

Valid First Aid/CPR Certification

Valid Smart Serve Certificate

Must be fluent in both spoken and written English

Ability to effectively communicate and write detailed reports

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations

High attention to detail and strong observational skills
