Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) Location: Barrie / Collingwood Employment Type: Contract: June 15th - August 9th About the Role: We are seeking a high-performing and driven Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based) to bridge the gap between frontline sales execution and Team Leads. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who consistently exceeds targets, demonstrates strong product expertise, and is ready to take on expanded responsibilities including peer support, field guidance, and territory optimization. As a key contributor in the field, you will not only drive sales and elevate the customer experience but also act as a trusted in-store partner, supporting the execution and growth of a smoke-free product portfolio across multiple retail locations, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring territories are optimized for maximum engagement and sales performance. Compensation & Schedule 27-30 hours per week Bonus Incentive''s Training (Paid) Hourly Rate: $30/hour What You''ll Do Sales Performance & Execution u00b7 Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. u00b7 Deliver exceptional customer engagement through confident product education and hands-on demonstrations across multiple product categories (e.g., IQOS devices, VEEV products, combustibles, promotions). u00b7 Drive customer acquisition, registration, and retention through effective selling techniques. u00b7 Identify opportunities to increase sales performance and in-store conversion within assigned locations. Territory Support & In-Store Execution u00b7 Manage and optimize a designated territory, ensuring strong coverage and consistent brand execution across retail locations (1u20133 locations per shift; 3u20134 hours per location). u00b7 Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff, store teams, and key stakeholders. u00b7 Provide insights on store performance, customer trends, and opportunities for growth. u00b7 Ensure retail environments are prepared and positioned to convert customer interest into confident product adoption. Coaching & Peer Support u00b7 Act as a mentor and resource for Sales Brand Ambassadors, supporting onboarding and ongoing development. u00b7 Share best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge with peers. u00b7 Provide informal, on-the-ground coaching to support team success. Operational Excellence & Compliance u00b7 Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, customer registrations, and field insights. u00b7 Support execution of campaigns, product launches, and field initiatives. u00b7 Identify and troubleshoot in-store challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. u00b7 Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and in compliance with program and regulatory requirements. What You Bring u00b7 2u20133+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles. u00b7 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. u00b7 Robust communication, interpersonal, and product knowledge skills with a customer-first mindset. u00b7 Demonstrated ability to influence, support, and guide peers (informal leadership experience is an asset). u00b7 Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, territory-based environment. u00b7 Tech-savvy with experience using mobile reporting tools. u00b7 Flexible, adaptable, and able to navigate varying retail environments and customer dynamics. Additional Requirements u00b7 Valid driver''s license and access to a reliable vehicle. u00b7 Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. u00b7 Ability to travel within the assigned territory. u00b7 Comfortable with a physically active role (standing, engaging customers, transporting materials up to 50 lbs).
