Systems/Application Support Specialist - Toronto Canada

Full-time, Permanent.Salary: 65,600– 98,400 CAD annually (based on skills, experience, and location). Systems/Application Support Specialist: you will play a key role in ensuring stability, availability, and performance of critical systems and applications. You will provide technical support, incident management, and collaboratewith stakeholders to deliver high‑quality IT services that align with business needs. Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems, including prioritization and escalation. Ensure applications/systems availability meets or exceeds service standards. Monitor and maintain production environments to reduce operational risk. Provide day‑to‑day support, including accurate problem identification and timely resolution. Deliver effective application/system support and maintain proper documentation. Participate in change management and ensure smooth implementation of releases. Supportdisaster recovery planning and testing.Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate in IT or related field. 35 years of relevant experience in systems/application support. Familiarity with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and system integration. Preferred Assets
