Responsibilities

Primarily prepare capital events for the Private Assets Funds, including capital calls and distributions Execute waterfall calculations Prepare investor capital event notices and other investor reporting Execute the financial control elements covering assets, liabilities, income and expenses and equityMonitor compliance with various client service level agreements, including manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables Review funds’ partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials Independently complete cash, portfolio and capital reconciliations as needed and investigate and resolve any discrepanciesProvide support for monthly or quarterly net asset value preparation as needed, which includes cash and portfolio reconciliations preparation Assist with additional fund accounting tasks during peak periods Assist with new client onboarding and new fund launches to successful completion Participate in the fiscal year end audit process and provide information to auditors as requiredLiaise with internal and external parties to ensure that client needs are met Implementation of efficiency initiatives in a timely manner Generate ad hoc reports as required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics 2-3 years of fund accounting experience in either a Private Equity/Assets Fund, a Private Equity/Assets Administrator or another financial institution where the accountant has gained financial products knowledge Experience in reviewing and preparinggeneral ledgers and financial statementsAttention to detail and proven ability to multi-task Solid written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Experience user of the FIS Investran PE accounting platform highly desirable Salary
