Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end architecture for FIC analytics • Create standards for analytics event reporting • Facilitate design reviews and stakeholder alignment • Define quality governance for analytics practices • Mentor and coach junior engineers

Requirements:• Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, 3+ years in a leadership role • Expertise in distributed system design and data pipelines • Ability in C++, Java, Python, or TypeScript • Familiarity with analytics and telemetry systems • Excellent alignment and documentation skills
