Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the Line Cook will be responsible for their station from prepping, cleaning, and cooking food as per recipe standards while maintaining a sanitized work area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the culinary industry and creating memorable dishes for our guests.Key Responsibilities

High level of professionalism during peak service hours. Prepare, cook, and present dishes, ensuring consistency and quality. Ensure strict hygiene, kitchen standards and food safety protocols at all times. Prepare and organize stations for seamless service. Manage time efficiently during service and preparation.Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members. Adapt to menu changes. Maintain a clean, organized and effective workspace at all times. Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment. Requirements

1-2 years experience as a Line Cook or relevant role preferred. Passionate about food and hospitality, committed to delivering great guest experiences. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Able to work long‑standing shifts and perform physical tasks like lifting and pushing.Flexible to work full‑time hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required. Why Join Our Team?
