Academic Outpatient Psychiatrist for the Mood Disorders Clinic at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychiatry services with emphasis on mood disorders and CBT, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Participate in clinical duties, including the psychiatry call system and teaching program. Develop and lead community engagement activities. Support or lead research initiatives.Mentor and teach learners in a collegial environment. Collaborate interdisciplinarily within the Garry Hurvitz Brain Sciences program and with community partners. Qualifications

MD degree. Royal College/Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry. Eligible for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Experience or training in CBT, including newer forms such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Experience in treating mood disorders with psychopharmacology.Special expertise in culturally adapting psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care for diverse communities. Track record of excellence in teaching. Eligible for a full‑time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor at the University of Toronto. Benefits

Salary range of $400,000 to $450,000 per annum. Fee‑for‑service structure with additional funding through Academic and Educational Trust Funds and/or departmental‑sanctioned administrative roles.
