LotusFlare is looking for a high-performing AI-focused Senior Technical Recruiter who is ready to step into a leadership role For the first 6 months, you will operate as a technical recruiter, closing critical IT roles and auditing our current processes Upon successfully meeting KPIs and demonstrating leadership impact, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a Talent Acquisition Lead, overseeing the global team and strategyPersonally manage the full-cycle recruitment for complex IT roles (at least 6 months before the promotion) Audit our current metrics.
