Scarborough, Ontario• $60,000 - $65,000 + Excellent Benefits, 12% RSP (two-year vesting) An excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/Accounts Payable professional to join a family‑run construction company that has been established for over 50 years. The role will be part of the office team and involve receiving invoices, acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls, and supporting day‑to‑day accounts payable tasks. Occasional assistance with Health and Safety coordination may also be required.Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support. Assist with receiving invoices and supporting accounts payable processes. Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls. Occasionally assist the Health and Safety coordinator as needed. Qualifications
