Senior Business Architect for Government Projects, Toronto

In this senior role, you will analyze government information to shape business architectures that align with the Ontario Public Service (OPS) standards. You will lead and conduct essential discovery sessions, engaging with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of business capabilities and service models. Key Responsibilities:• Analyze government information for business architecture projects • Lead discovery sessions and focus group workshops • Develop program definitions aligned with OPS standards • Maintain architectural governance and controls • Model enterprise-level business capabilities and services

Requirements:• 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in Business Architecture • Proven ability in large complex project environments • Knowledge of OPS Architectural standards and TSA • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with business architecture artifacts and templates
