Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst Role, Toronto

Vaco by Highspring seeks a detail-oriented analyst with over two years of experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Accounting and possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly in pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Familiarity with SAP is also required to streamline the billing and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:• Issue timely billings for various accounts • Prepare manual invoices and process credit card payments • Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable functions • Handle cash applications effectively • Contact customers regarding overdue payments

Requirements:• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field • Minimum 2+ years experience in AP/AR • Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables&VLOOKUPs)• Experience with SAP required • Strong written and oral communication skills
