You will leverage digital assets and employ a multi‑channel approach to maximize effectiveness by leveraging advanced tools like Iris, Outreach/ReviO, Consensus, Demandbase, ConnectAndSell, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Drift to engage prospects across multiple channels simultaneously. This strategic approach allows SDRs to reach prospects where they are most active, personalize their outreach efforts, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
You will be given opportunities to participate in development programs such as leadership development and sales readiness programs.
You will have frequent opportunities to be recognized and celebrated by your peers and leaders through awards, shout‑outs, and daily performance stack rankings.
