Lead the month-end and year-end close with accuracy and efficiency Turn financial data into insights that support leadership decisions Deliver clear, reliable financial statements and reporting Identify smarter, more efficient ways to get things done Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards while we scaleSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash visibility In-charge of sales tax filing for multiple provinces&United States Prepare year-end packages for external accountant’s tax filing purpose Partner cross-functionally across the business Drive process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities Support audits with confidence and professionalism What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field CPA designation (completed or in progress preferred) 4–6 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a fast‑paced workplace Strong business acumen and strategic thinking – a builder’s mindset Curiosity, accountability, and a solutions‑oriented mindsetClear communication and negotiation skills and sound professional judgement Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus Confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders Strong knowledge of accounting standards and reporting Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Comfort with change, ambiguity, and evolving priorities An initiative-taking, solutions-first mindset Why Join Us?
