Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at RW&CO you will report to the Director of Sales and Operations and lead a group of stores within the Central&East area. You will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding store profitability, seamless Omni Channel experience, merchandising excellence, and delivering a diverse, inclusive and rewarding employee experience.
Day In The Life (What You’ll Do)
Drive Store and Store Manager Performance by leading effective store visits (in person&virtually) focused on driving behaviors that enable store teams to meet financial goals and uphold visual initiatives.
Identify themes in product performance across your assigned district with a goal to create and align a merchandising plan that keeps the district competitive.
Recruit, hire, develop and retain high‑performing store teams.
Develop individuals and store teams by setting clear expectations, providing detailed goals, and managing performance appropriately.
Uphold all Reitman (Canada) LTD. policies and procedures.
Qualifications
5 (+) years’ of experience in Multi‑Unit Management.
Post‑Secondary Education is an asset.
Proven ability to drive results, educate and coach store leaders on managing their priorities and ensuring exceptional customer experience using all available channels (Omni Channel Approach).
Proven ability to recruit, hire, train and succession‑plan with the intent to build and sustain a high‑performing sales team.
Proven ability to coach and develop teams to deliver on their financial and merchandising capabilities, sustaining visual excellence and KPI success within their businesses.
Be able to travel to visit remote stores (Up to 50% travel may be required).
Salary Salary: $109,000 - $120,000
(rate may be greater based on relevant experience)
