About the Job

We are hiring a Training and Development Coordinator to step into a new role on our People and Culture team on the Mobilinx project. This position reports to the People and Culture Director. Responsibilities

Assist with the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels. Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual. Participate in and lead the communication between the People&Culture team and other internal stakeholders on all training matters. Partner with department managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and assess the effectiveness of training programs. Design and create training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive learning tools.Maintain updated training records for all project employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Assist in creating a positive learning culture by promoting and encouraging continuous development opportunities for employees. Stay current with industry trends and developments, recommending updates and improvements to existing programs as necessary.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP). Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning development tools, and other platforms. Good knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies.Proven track record of developing and managing successful training programs. Solid project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training and development role. Proficient in Microsoft Office.Expected Compensation

Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $60,000.00 CAD and $70,000.00 CAD. The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependent on the specific project to which you are assigned. Benefits
