Responsibilities
Serve as a Transformation Architect and trusted advisor, guiding clients through large-scale business, technology, and AI-enabled transformations with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and value realization. Lead AI-enabled transformation and AI Office initiatives by defining AI operating models, governance structures, decision rights, and funding approaches.Establish responsible and ethical AI adoption practices aligned to risk, compliance, and enterprise priorities. Enable workforce readiness, change, and adoption at scale. Transition pilots and proofs of concept to enterprise AI‑enabled capabilities. Architect end-to‑end transformation approaches that integrate people, process, data, technology, and ways of working, partnering with Data&Analytics and Technology teams for detailed solution design and delivery. Shape and prioritize data‑ and AI‑enabled business use cases, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy, organizational readiness, and measurable outcomes. Create strategic transformation roadmaps based on insights into how enterprise architecture, business processes, data, and new technologies interconnect at scale.Drive business process optimization and organizational change by embedding data-informed and AI-augmented decision‑making into operating models and day‑to‑day execution. Advise executive leaders on transformation strategy, sequencing, and trade‑offs, helping them navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and sustain momentum across multi‑year initiatives.Contribute to the evolution of Slalom’s AI‑enabled transformation and AI Office offerings, including points of view, methodologies, and accelerators. Guide and support consultants at all levels, fostering expertise in transformation, data, and AI both within TDL and among partner teams. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or transformation leadership roles delivering enterprise‑scale business and technology change. Proven experience managing Cloud‑ and AI‑enabled transformation programs, including adoption, governance, and organizational change. Strong fluency in data, analytics, cloud, and AI concepts, with the ability to architect transformation approaches, evaluate trade‑offs, and guide strategic decisions, while partnering with Data&Analytics teams for detailed engineering and implementation. Demonstrated strength in transformation execution, specifically in change management planning and delivery, learning and development coordination, workforce readiness and adoption enablement, and leading multi‑capability, cross‑functional programs aligning business leaders, technologists, and AI practitioners.Ability to manage complex dependencies across people, process, and technology in evolving enterprise environments. Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, translating delivery progress and risks into clear, actionable insights. Experience operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and maintaining delivery discipline across long‑running transformations.Engineering or analytics development experience is a plus. We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader or client requires you onsite you are able to meet those expectations/requirements. Compensation
Base salary range: $118,000 to $168,000 with a potential 12% discretionary bonus based on performance. Actual compensation will depend on individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Benefits
