Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle from origination through close across new and existing clients Build relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, portfolio managers, risk teams, and quants Position Axioma solutions in collaboration with product specialists and support client demos and evaluationsIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the Canadian institutional market Support complex deal processes and help navigate multi‑stakeholder buying cycles Manage pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and track against revenue targets Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform product and commercial strategyCollaborate with SimCorp account teams to drive cross‑sell and aligned client engagement Represent SimCorp and Axioma in the market through client meetings and industry events Qualifications
Experience selling investment analytics, risk, data, or front‑office solutions Strong understanding of institutional asset management workflows, including portfolio construction, risk analytics, and factor models Experience selling into institutional asset managers, pension funds, or insurance firmsAbility to engage credibly with portfolio managers, risk teams, quants, CIOs, and senior investment stakeholders Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles Comfortable working with product specialists to support technical discussions, demos, and evaluations Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business valueCommercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities Familiarity with the Canadian institutional market is preferred Self‑driven, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment CFA or similar finance background is a strong asset Flexibility to work on‑site in the office 2X per weekFlexibility to travel as needed Benefits
