Key Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person • Develop strong relationships with retailers and educate them on services • Maintain knowledge of center services, events, and promotions • Process payments and manage the gift card program • Assist in promotional events and perform concierge desk tasks

Requirements:• Proven experience in customer service roles • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Flexible availability to work three days a week or more
