Retail Store Manager (Toronto)

Spier&Mackay is looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead our new downtown Toronto location. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, delivering an elevated customer experience, and building a strong in‑store team culture that reflects the Spier&Mackay brand. Responsibilities

Lead and manage all day‑to‑day store operations Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs Deliver a high level of customer service and client experience Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and repeat customers Recruit, train, and develop retail staff Oversee scheduling, payroll support, andteam performanceEnsure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards Manage inventory, stock levels, and product replenishment Support in‑store events, promotions, and new product launches Collaborate with head office teams on merchandising, operations, and customer feedback Maintain a professional, organized, and team‑oriented environmentQualifications

5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in menswear or luxury retail Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for menswear, tailoring, and personal styling Experience driving sales and managing store performance Robust organizational and problem‑solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environmentExperience with clienteling and relationship‑driven sales is an asset Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as required
