Principal Telecom Digital Consultant (Toronto)

Infosys is seeking a Principal Telecom Consultant. In this role, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in‑house capability building. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga or Toronto, ON, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. At least 15 years of overall Information Technology experience. Experience with Telecom Domain. 15+ years of experience delivering digital transformational programs. Proven experience in delivering Digital application (web / app applications) and AI implementation in SDLC.Strong governance, planning, execution, and reporting abilities. Effective communication skills by telephone, email, and face to face. Responsibilities: Serve as a Senior Principal Consultant driving engagement for assignments across the project lifecycle. Lead problem definition, discovery, solution design, development, and deployment.Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, scope, timelines, and customer expectations as single point of contact. Own governance, planning, execution, and reporting. Anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and capability building. Support end‑end delivery of digital transformational programs.Other requirements: Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
