This role will drive strategic partnerships, execute high-impact placements, and spearhead channel growth.If you’ve successfully built content-first affiliate programs, understand how partnerships driveperformance, and know how to drive measurable growth - this role is for you.### Responsibilities* Affiliate Channel Strategy&Execution: Own the affiliate program end-to-end and driveongoing traffic and revenue growth. Lead publisher sourcing, outreach, onboarding, tracking,and continuous optimization.* Partner Recruitment&Relationship Management: Manage, optimize, and expand ourexisting premium publisher relationships. Recruit new content publishers that drive growthand visibility across key search&discovery touch points.* Performance Reporting&Insights: Forecast, monitor, analyze, and report on program KPIs,using data to recommend and optimize commission structures, offers, sponsorships, andcampaigns. Ensure that the program meets budget and ROAS targets.* Content Activation: Lead product seeding, product pitches, and campaign briefing tofacilitate publisher content* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure partners have best-in-classmessaging guidance, product education, creative assets, and promotional offers.* Program Integrity&Compliance: Maintain brand&program integrity by ensuring partnercompliance, brand alignment, attribution best practices, and fraud prevention&qualitystandards.What We’re Looking For* Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and scaling affiliate programs for high-growth DTCand Amazon brands. Background working with health&wellness brands is strongly preferred* Platform expertise with Impact; Levanta, Amazon Attribution, Profound, and/or Ahrefs are aplus* Strong understanding of search&discovery behaviour, and proven ability to identify, recruit,and manage high-impact, premium partnerships.* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into strategicrecommendations and action plans* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to secure alignment fromexecutive stakeholders* Self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-moving e-commerce environment* People who take initiative, spot problems early, and bring solutions before being asked.* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiessimultaneously.* Thrive in a test-and-learn environment where experimentation and iteration are core tosuccess.* People who are data-driven and are confident in their thinking but are able to adapt andadjust their thinking in the presence of new information.### What We Offer* We offer health insurance, including dental, EFAP, and Group RRSP with employer matching* Our Healthy Living Program reimburses health&wellness expenses up to $500/year* High-performing people need a healthy balance.* Live the brands you work on.
