Through strategic partnerships, technology-driven platforms, and community-focused marketing initiatives, we aim to create meaningful connections between businesses and residents across the Greater Toronto Area.Position Summary

The Independent Contractor ("Contractor") will provide sales and marketing services to support the promotion and sale of digital advertising opportunities displayed within condominium residential buildings managed and/or serviced by the Company. The Contractor will operate independently and will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing local business advertisers within assigned geographic areas.Scope of Services

Promoting and marketing the Company’s condominium digital advertising platform to local businesses and organizations. Conducting in‑person visits, outreach, and presentations to business owners, managers, and decision‑makers within assigned territories. Explaining available advertising packages, pricing, and promotional opportunities using Company‑provided materials and sales tools.Identifying prospective advertisers and developing business relationships within local communities. Securing advertising agreements and onboarding new advertising clients in accordance with Company procedures. Coordinating and communicating with the Company regarding sales activity, advertiser interest, and contract status.Representing the Company in a professional, respectful, and business‑appropriate manner at all times. Maintaining confidentiality of all Company information, pricing, client information, and business materials. Contractor Relationship

The Contractor shall perform services as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or agent of the Company. The Contractor shall control the manner and method in which services are performed, subject to compliance with Company branding, advertising standards, and applicable laws.No interpretation shall create an employment relationship, entitlement to employment standards protections applicable to employees, or eligibility for Company advantages, vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, overtime pay, or other employee‑related entitlements. The Contractor shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, deductions, remittances, and other statutory obligations arising from compensation received.The Contractor may determine their own working hours and schedule, provided services are completed professionally and in accordance with agreed expectations. Compensation

Compensation shall be commission‑based only. The Contractor shall receive twenty percent (20%) commission on the total value of each advertising contract successfully secured and fully executed by the Contractor, subject to Company approval and receipt of payment from the client. No minimum earnings or guaranteed compensationare provided.Commission payments shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s commission payment procedures and timelines. Company Support

Marketing and promotional materials. Sales guidance and onboarding support. Assigned territories and advertising locations. General product and platform information. Reasonable ongoing support related to advertising sales activities. Term and Hours

This opportunity is project‑based and part time in nature. Estimated availability commitment is approximately 1–10 hours per week. The arrangement may be terminated by either party at any time, subject to any written agreement between the parties. Candidate Profile

Services will primarily be performed within the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada, in locations surrounding condominium digital advertising installations. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON.
