Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 6 months Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid role, Tuesday and 2nd Friday every month Office Location: 81 Bay 15th Floor Roles and Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions. Evaluates business processes, identifies gaps, and recommends improvements. Translates business needs into technical specifications and solution designs. Facilitates meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and validate solutions.Assists in testing and validating that solutions meet business objectives. Supports organizational change management by helping users adapt to new systems and processes. Must have skills
6+ years of BSA experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management. 3 years of hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration. 5+ years of experience working with MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint for process visualization, data analysis, and presentation development.2 years of experience with technical teams and projects, specifically any case management system such as ServiceNow or Resolver. 5 years of experience working with technical teams, including translating business requirements into technical specifications. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.Nice to have skills
