Lead the data roadmap at Search Atlas! Manage resources and partner with leadership to elevate SEO standards. We’re a rapidly growing SEO software company and full-service digital agency that helps websites improve their Google performance. Responsibilities

Lay out priorities for the data team, manage multiple resources, and provide a strategic roadmap for all data studies within the company. Develop and manage a full roadmap for all data science studies and initiatives. Manage multiple data science resources, ensuring the team stays hyper‑organized and meets execution deadlines.Lead data projects from gathering and preprocessing to advanced modeling and executive‑level presentation. Leverage AI coding tools (like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, analysis, and visualization tasks. Act as the primary bridge between the data team and leadership, providing clear, concise, and professional reports on project status and findings.Flexible work arrangement: hybrid in San Francisco or fully remote. Qualifications

6 years of applied Data Science experience, with a proven track record of managing projects and mentoring others. Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent high‑level portfolio/research experience. Exceptional project management ability. Technical Skills

Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), SQL, and strong experience using AI tools to streamline coding and data analysis workflows. Bonus Points

Active presence in the AI/ML community (GitHub, Kaggle, or Research). Charity initiatives and monthly virtual game days are encouraged.
