Jobber helps small home service businesses such as plumbers, painters, and landscapers manage their operations through technology. We provide tools to quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments, giving business owners flexibility and a professional customer experience. Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers through phone, text, and email, serving as the first touchpoint for leads. Qualify trial users to determine if Jobber can support their business and generate excitement for next steps. Collaborate with Account Executives to provide a seamless customer experience and expose prospects to the product.Track all key information in Salesforce for follow‑up and analytics. Participate in learning opportunities and self‑guided development to continuously improve sales skills. Achieve daily and monthly key performance indicators and compete in contests. Qualifications

Previous success in sales, especially in technology or retail sectors. Self‑starter able to make over 100 calls per day and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. Driven, tenacious, and resilient when encountering rejection. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.Team player who builds relationships quickly and collaborates across the sales organization. Adaptable and able to pivot in an agile company. Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 6amMT– 8pmMT Friday to Sunday 6amMT – 6pmMT Late shift option: Monday‑Friday 1pm‑10pmET / 11am‑8pmMT / 10am‑7pmPT Compensation&Benefits

Fixed base salary of $46,300 plus a $15,000 commission for an on‑target earnings (OTE) of $61,300. Commission is uncapped and paid monthly.
