We curate and provide programs and services to enhance their mental, social, physical, financial andfamilial well‑being. These services include recreation, sports and fitness programs, customized financial services, retail services, access to retail savings and discounts, family support and charity events.
THE ROLE As a bartender, you will deliver an excellent customer experience in military messes, golf and curling operations and marinas. You will build rapport with the military community and participate in various traditions during events and daily operations. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining inventory of bar stock, ordering supplies, assisting in the set‑up and take‑down of social and military functions, operating a point‑of‑sale system, keeping a clean bar area and ensuring compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations. You will work as part of one team to provide the best customer experience and contribute to a positive workplace.
Qualifications Needed
High school diploma
Legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario
Provincial Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
Experience serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks
Cash handling experience

English (essential); bilingual (English and French) an asset
