THE ROLE As a bartender, you will deliver an excellent customer experience in military messes, golf and curling operations and marinas. You will build rapport with the military community and participate in various traditions during events and daily operations. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining inventory of bar stock, ordering supplies, assisting in the set‑up and take‑down of social and military functions, operating a point‑of‑sale system, keeping a clean bar area and ensuring compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations. You will work as part of one team to provide the best customer experience and contribute to a positive workplace.

Qualifications Needed

High school diploma

Legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario

Provincial Responsible Service of Alcohol certification

Experience serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks

Cash handling experience

Perform moderate lifting, carrying, pulling and/or pushing (10–50 lbs/4.5–23 kg)

On‑site position with an assigned work location

Must be available to start at 16:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and occasional Fridays and weekends
